:squee: I'm a huge Pokemon fan!:heart::heart: She looks so cute and adorable :aww:...although, I see only the smallest of detail of improvment. ^^; I love this, but with this sort of meme, I see people who start out on MS paint or paper or even Paint Tool SAI, etc. and they work on improving (that doesn't mean you have to change to a different program/off of paper). I'm hoping I don't sound mean, I just wanted to try to give you some advice (I'm a really nice person btw...and I don't like mean talk spoken to me when giving advice :fear:). If I may, I recomend to draw it onto paper (unless you have no way of getting it on to the computer/MS paint) and then tracing over it...I-if you'd like...There is another thing that would help. Lighting. You have to have some parts of this to be shaded. If there were to be day light (for example) then there would have to be a good visual of where there are dark areas, normal colored areas, and light colored areas. I've worked (sorta) on MS paint and you are truthfully better than I could ever be on it.

That is my advice to you on your question of improvment :) I do so very hope this was useful darling ;)

How Do I Trace My Drawings When I'm Transferring Them On A Paint Program?

Well, you first draw your art, take a picture of it with a camera or scan it from a scaner, then you can choose the file when you get it onto your computer and draw how you'd draw normally and follow the lines from the picture and erase/color around the line ART you made. (I hope that helped/made a little sence...?)
